The Dimensional Journey is a private, guided coaching experience that helps you reconnect with the man you are beneath the pressure, performance, and patterns that have kept you going.
At the core of this work is nervous system regulation — because when your body doesn’t feel safe, your mind can’t be clear, your emotions can’t fully move, and your leadership can’t fully land.
Through breathwork, somatic awareness, emotional integration, and honest conversation, we help you shift out of survival mode and into greater presence — not by pushing harder, but by slowing down and getting to know the man beneath it all.
This work is grounded in my State → Capacity → Choice Framework™ — helping you regulate your nervous system, build the ability to stay present under pressure, and make more grounded choices in how you live, relate, and lead.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with structure, flexibility, and real presence.

✅ 8–12 weeks of private 1:1 coaching
✅ Weekly 75-minute sessions via Zoom (or in-person if local to Kentucky)
✅ Personalized breathwork and integration practices between sessions.
✅ Optional Contrast Therapy (cold plunge/sauna) if local to Kentucky.
